Organic Vegetable at the White House!

Not since Eleanor Roosevelt has there been a vegetable garden ("Victory Garden") at the White House. Mrs. Obama is breaking ground at the White House today. Mrs. Obama will not be alone, fifth graders from a local school will be helping the first lady get the soil ready for planting.

I love this quote from Mrs. Obama:

“A real delicious heirloom tomato is one of the sweetest things that you’ll ever eat,” she said. “And my children know the difference, and that’s how I’ve been able to get them to try different things.
